Hanabitaikai in my town 2009
A fireworks festival was held in my town. I used to go to a place where a festival was held, but I have been watching it from our house. It was too cold to wear Yukata, or Japanese cotton kimonos, but I think some people wore them. That day, I borrowed some DVDs from my friends, so I only watched the fireworks only 10 miniutes. LOL Then, I started watching a DVD.

Zucchini muffin
It's getting cooler these days, so I should cook something...... We had some zucchinis which my mother grew. I had never had zucchini muffins before, but I found a zucchini bread recipe in Better Homes and Garden's Cook Book. I usually make for tempura , star fried one, or some Italian foods with zucchinis.Baking muffins quicker to bake bread,so I made some muffins. I didn't have any nuts, so I used some rum raisin . Even though I have a sweet tooth, I reduced sugar. They turned out good! Yah!

When I saw many falling leaves near my house, I thought that Autumn might be coming soon. Actually, It's getting colder day and night each day. Howener, weather report said that it would be very hot tomorrow.

It was like a drought.
We have had lots of rain before, but the hot weather has lasted for about a week. Then, the soil has become like this. However, it started to rain again. The weather reporter said that we might have a heavy rain and it would become about 10 degrees C colder than today.2009年8月11日火曜日

People
Although I am not a BIG fan of Micheal Jackson, I love gossiping about him. How Stupid I am!I still can not understand why he had plastic surgeries so many times! In Japan, after Farrah Fawcett and he passed away, Japanese TV stations televised about MJ so many times , but not too many times about Farrah F.
