This plate is a few days ago's my breakfast. These are all frozen foods and fresh herbs from our garden, so I just microwaved them and ate them. Are they called "TV dinner", or just "junk food"?

The grilled fish is an Atka mackel. We call this "Hokke" in Japanese.

↑This is my friend's homemade ハスカップ　jam. Yummy! I don't know how you say "Hasukappu" in English.The jam looks and tastes like a blueberry jam.
