Died again

I had grown rosemaries for a few times, but all of them died during the winter. Ummmm, I think I should grow them inside during the winter.

Spring is coming soon.(?)

Today, I found some herbs and daffodils bobbing in the snow. I felt spring was coming soon, it was still cold outside though.

Dill and Syungiku

After the earquake and the tsunami had hit the northeastern Japan, I thought I was not able to get fresh veggies from main island. Therefore, I started to grow some herbs and veggies....We could not buy some vegetables for a few days, but now we can except for some items.

Fresh herb pizza

I made two pizza with fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes from our garden.

This is a quick bread mix which was produced by Sachiko Murakami. It was 50 % off.It took only 30 seconds to leaven the dough with a microwave oven. Bench time was also short!

I have never cooked with resemaries recently, I just love watching this growing. Green relaxs me a lot.

I used to make some ice cubes with fresh Borige flowers during a summer.

Cilantro

Even though I think cilantros are stinky and taste bad, I love to grow them. I want to cook some delicious ethnic food with them.
