Homemade Rasberry Jam

Our rasberry trees produce lots of berries each year, and we have got lots this year as well. we can't eat all of fresh berries, so we made some resberry jams.

Recently I have been crazy about baking muffins, I am NOT a good baker though.The muffins which I made were a little oily(or greasy?), so I used a different recipe this time. I used less margarine and used more eggs than previous ones....They need more moist. Ummm...?Anyway,they turned out cute! Can you see that all of these pigs' eyes arel different. When I bought a silicone mould, I didn't know how to take out sweets properly. Therefore, the sweets' shape were not nice.

I made these bear chocolate with 100 yen shop's cheap chocolate mould. They are so thick, so I will make them thiner next time.

My homemade Cookie

I bought a cookie press several years ago, but I had never used it before. I bought a Better Homes Gardens Cook Book the other day, because its cover said "America's #1 cookbook". After I got this book, I found a Splitz's recipe in it. It's been so muggy here that I didn't want to bake anything. It was raining today, so I tried to make some Splitz, but I couldn't press nicely. Then, I just make some round ones. I bought some candied cherries, aｌmond and some other items for decoration, but I didn't use them this time.......

The shapes were bad, but yummy.What shall I make next with the book?

I made these muffin chrstmas cakes in 2004. I bought the muffins, a whipped cream , and some ornaments. Then, I just decorated the muffins. It took me only 5 minitues or so. LOL. I think even kids can make.
