Kagamibiraki
These two snowman-shaped rice cakes on the portable shrine, are called "Kagami-mochi" On the Jan. 11th, we eat these rice cakes. We eat them as Zoni-mochi, or soupy mochi , and Oshiruko, or sweet red bean soupy mochi.2010年1月12日火曜日

Meat sauce potato gratin
I have never had a shepard pie. So, I serched for some recipes. I was so lazy to make mashed potato. Therefore, I made the meat sauce potate gratin. LOL. Everytime, I create funny foods, but it was so good.
