Setsubun（節分）eve of the day of first spring

On that day we scatter beans to evil out and fortune in, and eat beans. These rolled sushi are called " Ehomaki" Eho means fortune direction and maki means roll. We roll fortune and eat it. We also eat sardines.

Paw print fleece pajama

I bought this fabric last year, but I didn't make anything with it. A couple of days ago, my mother made this pajama for me. I helped to sew some parts. My mother sewed five animal eyes instead of using buttons. Don't you think it's playful? It keeps me warm. Nice!
