Pig shaped Konnyaku jelly

Ice cubes melt away soon, especially on hot days. Therefore, this time I made some Konnyaku jelly with a pig shaped silicone mould. I a Konnyaku jelly mix at a 100 yen( Japanese a dollar shop). The mix is perfect to take out from the mould. I clould take out them without damage. Yah! These are cute, aren't they?

Since I bought a pig shaped silicone mould the other day. First, I made pig ice cubes. I put this in this iced coffee, but I can't see the shape clearly.

The other day I bought this pig shaped silicone mould from an on-line shop. I used it for making ice cubes and jelly. They turned out cute. Next time, I want to make some mini muffins with it.

Mashed potato pizza

The other day I wanted to make some fish tacos, but I couldn't buy flour tortillas in my town. First, I looked for some flour tortilla recipes on the net. That day I had some ground pork in the fridge and mashed potato flakes, and I was lazy to make flour tortillas from scratch. So, I changed mind and made super easy this dish. It was yummy.

Some people in Sapporo created "Ramen salad" last year(?).So, I tried to make this Ramen salad. Sesami dressing , or cold Ramen dressing go with it. Yum!

This is the fabric and the fabric tape which I want to make a tote bag. I cut them a few weeks ago(?), but I haven't sewed them, yet.......

Since I live in a small town, of course it is NOT an international town,
Although I am lazy or don't have time to study(or just my excuse for not studying), I want to practice to speak English. I wish I could speak English like Westerners.

Iced coffee

In the past a few days, It had been very hot! I love hot drinks even on hot sunny days. We had s bottle of iced coffee which I bought long time ago. I made strange iced coffee. I poured hazelnut syrup and Baileys, it turned out good, so that I will make it again.

Azuki and Macha pancake

This morning I suddenly wanted to eat pancake for breakfast, so I made some Azuki, or sweet red bean, macha pancake.I ate them with Kinako, or powdered soy bean, and Kuromitsu, or Morasses, instead of using maple syrup. It was so good. I think it's so Japanesque. Don't you think so?

Soooo hot!

It suddenly became so hot! I rarely drink cold drink, but love to drink iced coffee on a hot sunny day.

The tulip called "Ice cream"

This is a brand-new tulip called " Ice Cream". Last fall, I found its bulb at a DIY shop near my town. I had never seen this tuip before, and the bulbs were more expensive than ordinary ones. Since I hadn't seen its blooming, and I was (am still) cheap, so I bought only one bulb.

This is a late bloom tulip and much shorter than other tulips.You can see the messy flowers which I snipped. The end of Jun, this tulip became like "Ice cream cone". Don't you think so?
