Banana cake

It's been SOOOOO hot and muggy even in Hokkaido. Since I am NOT a good baker, I haven't bake anything for a long time. We have lots of ripe bananas , so I made this banana cake tonight. It's a little crazy that I baked this on such a hot day. I haven't tasted this yet, I hope it's delicious.

Ingredients

Pancake mix ....1oog

wholewheat flour ...20g

olive oil....50cc

egg ....2

milk...50cc

ripe banana ...2

sugar....40g

brandy ...to taste

Fresh medium sized tomaoes and a habanero chile pepper

I got these medium sized tomatoes and a habanero chile pepper from our garden yesterday. I am thinking what I will make with them. I got another habanero chile pepper the other day, and I seeded it and soaked( marinated?) in olive oil. Now, I want to make some fresh salsa with the tomatoes and the habanero chile. Do you think it's crazy? , or a good idea?

Double berry yogurt

I love summer very much. It is because I hate cold and , I can eat fresh berries and veggies from our garden little by little each day. Hokkaido's summer was very hot this year, and it is still hot. However, I feel that the fall already has come here in Hokkaido when I see some falling leaves .

Grape tomato

Last month(?), I bought this tomato plant called "Grape tomato". It was the last plant of this type of tomatoes, so it was on sale. This tomato is getting purple guradually.
