These are ginger molasess muffins.I will not use ginger next time. I think it ruined the taste a little.

I bought this book the other day. This book contains a rolling pin and a raviole mould(?). I really love to collect cheap cooking gadgets, but rarely use them. Hahaha! I should use them very often!! I just enjoy reading the recipes so far.
