My neighbor gave this aroma candle as a souvenir from her trip.
It looks so delicious and smells GOOD like real chocolate.

Star-shaped cucumber and heart-shaped cucumber

I grew these funny shaped cucumbers with a star-shaped cucumber mold and a hear-shaped one. I have only two molds, so I can grow only two shaped ones at the same time.

They turned out so cute!

I made these canapes with the cucumbers.

It was the hottest temperature in my town in June. Can you believe that we had some snow in the middle of May this year.

Chick peas

The other night, after I cooked chick peas, I wondered if I could grow chick peas here. So I soaked some peas. A few days later, they sprouted.

Now, only one chick pea plant is growing so slowly. 

Hans Christian Andersen Fairy Tales

I got two Hans Christian Fairy Tales books long long time ago from my Danish pen-pal.  I met her at a hotel in  Narita when I was traveling. Since Anderson was a famous Danish children's story teller, she gave me them. When I was a little, I read some of his fairy tales. However, I didn't read these books for a long time ago. I haven't seen the Disney movie" Frozen"yet. Therefore, I stared to read  " The snoe queen", first. Book one has 18 stories, and the other one has 17 stories.

It snowed last night.

It's snowing!

It's May 17th midnight. As the weather said, it's been snowing.
I hope the vegetable plants won't die!
