5 minutes B-day cake

I made this mini birthday cake this evening for an on-line friend. I bought the muffin today, and decorated with the ising and the sugar- made(?)ornaments. That's it! I love easy lazy cooking.

My mother rarely grows potatoes, but I bought 2 types of red skin potatoes　last spring. So, she grows them, I made a potato gratin with the potatoes this evening. It was good.
