I just looked all of those words up and 運命 was listed in all 4 of the meanings so I assume that is why you were confused.
I don't think there's a very big difference between fate and destiny except that destiny is commonly used to describe something positive that has happened or will happen. Fate can describe something positive or negative. Doom also describes something that is bound to happen but it is entirely negative.
Karma is basically the Buddhist and Hindu belief that if a person does 'good' things then 'good' things will happen to them in their next life and if they do 'bad' things then 'bad' things will happen to them.
Do you believe in these ideas? It's a very complicated philosophy. I often think about things like this but I haven't yet made very many concrete decisions as to whether I believe or not.
I just wanted to know how people use these words. I somtimes believe in karma.(haha)
