I love buying grocery. The other day, I checked out the stock, then I realized I have so much flour, such as bread flour, confectioner's flour, corn meal, oat meal, Japanese rice flour and so on. I should eat them as much as I can! So, I baked a loaf of pound cake.
It was yummy but was greasy, so I will use less margarin (I love margarin to make sweets, because it is cheaper than butter, and low cholesterole.) next time.
