Lost In Translation

Since one of my on-line friends watched a movie,"Lost In Translation", and I haven't seen it before.So, I rented this DVD the other day. There are lots of Japanese conversations which were NOT Translated into English in the movie. I think that's why the movie's title is "Lost In Translation".Most Japanese actors and actresses spoke terrible English, which is too exaggerated. It's a movie , so it's OK. Some scenes are sarcastic, but they are true. I want to try to explain some scenes for her little by little.
My favorite TV CM is Boss Coffee,Tommy Lee Jones version. It's so sarcastic and hilalious. In a way, we are soooo embarrested. You can see Japanese people's bad habit and daily life in the CM.

Prime Minister Yukio Hashimoto went to New York, and will stay there about a week. I am not interested in him , nor politics. While he stays there, I hope that I can see some New York's sceneries on TV.

I bought this mum the other at a DIY shop. It was really cheap. It looks like a Margaret and cute.

Ice cream

This is a sign for ice cream corn stand at a cosmos park in my town. Since this type of ice cream is soft, we call it " Soft cream" in Japanese.

I bought a Japanese brand-new tulip bulb called" Ice Cream". I had never seen its blooming and it was about 5 dollars for a bulb. So I bought only one bulb.

If it become beautiful next year, I will buy some more. I hope it will turn out beautiful!

Carrying a portable shirine

My town's autumn festival was held yesterday and today. Some people voluntarily joined and enjoyed carrying a portable shrine, and others reluctantly did . It's because the portable shrine is very heavy , and after this their shoulders get hurt. I didn't have enough time to watch it, and my camera's battery was almost dead, so I couldn't take many pictures.

I made two pizza with fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes from our garden.

This is a quick bread mix which was produced by Sachiko Murakami. It was 50 % off.It took only 30 seconds to leaven the dough with a microwave oven. Bench time was also short!

Korean foods

Although I thought that most Korean drama series' prot of stories were similar and ridiculous,
I was really into watching Korean drama series. These days I love watching Taiwanese drama series. Therefore, I redused to watch Korean ones. The other day, one of my friends lent me some episodes of Korean drama series called " Boys over flowers". It is based on a Japanese manga called "Hana yori Dango". It's a hilalious teenage comedy drama(manga). I have already watched Tiwanese version and Japanese version of it. I love all of them. The other day, I suddenly wanted to eat some Korean foods. Therefore, I bought some.

Dargeeling tea muffin

During the summer I did NOT want to cook, but it's getting cooler each day. I sometimes cook.LOL This evening I baked some dargeeling tea muffins, they turned out so-so. They did not taste like tea. Therefire, I will add some more tea and tea leaves next time. I hope they will turn out delicious.
