Homemade soba, or buckwheat noodles

 I took a buckwheat noodle cooking class in the morning.. It was my first time to join the class. We kneaded the soba dough by hands. Our master brought soba tsuyu, or soba soup and a pink skin daikon. We ate cold soba, and hot soba for lunch. We ate grated wasabi, grated pink skin daikon and sliced green onion for  garnish. It was so good. I could take out the soba noodle which I made, so I cooked similar soba this evening. It was also good. I want to grow some pink skin daikon.
