Yesterday's harvest

 
It's my first time to grow these green skin red
daikon, or radish.

The inside is deep purple which is so beautiful!
First, I made Daikon-oroshi, or grated daikon.
Then, I made these Hello Kitty shaped ones, and 
I made Nabe or Japanese hot pot with them and 
some other ingredients.
