Gnocchi,cold tofu, ニョッキとおもしろ冷奴

My mother made the funny shaped gnocchi, so I made the strange? pasta with some fresh thyme, oregano, Italian parsely and a zucchini from my garden. It was tastier than what I expected.

I cut the tofu with some cookie cutters. They were cute, weren't they? Since it was very hot today, my mother and I ate them outside.

This morning I knew that yesterday was Canada Day. I wonder how they cerebrate , and what they eat on that day. I will check it out later. Happy Canada Day!
