Japanese taste spagetti

I made this spagetti two days ago. Since our neihgbor gave us some fresh shiitake which her husband grew, I made this shiitake bacon spagetti. I seasoned with Nagatanien osuimono mix, or clear soup mix. It was yummy.

My mother worries about food piosoning(?chemical) about Chinese foods. She couldn't find Japanese dried red chili peppers, so she made some for the first time. I used some.
