I love hot pot in winter too, the hongkongese one is a bit different from japanese one. We put all the raw dishes on table and add to the pot when we want to eat. Between, I found Hello Kitty-shaped carrot! How's lovely!!!

We sometime cook Japanese hot pot like you. I love collecting cookie cutters very much, and I use them for any kinds of foods.LOL
