This is my mother made sweet & spicy miso paste called" nanban miso".
It is good for rice, and dipping cucumbers, and some other vegetables.
ingredients:
miso
sugar
sliced green chilis
sliced Japanese green perilla leaves
white sesami seeds
bonito flakes
oil
direction
1, stir green chilis and perilla leaves for a couple of minutes
2, add miso and suger, and stir them well
3, add sesami seeds and bonito flakes before turn off the gas
That's it!
