Purple potatoes

I think these purple potatoes are Japanese brand new potatoes.They taste like ordinaly potatoes. I made the dumplings with the mashed potatoes and the potato starch.

First,we ate the dumplings into Mitsumame. Second, I we ate them with Kuromitsu, it's like morasess(maybe mis-spelling). Then, we ate the left over ones with miso soup.
