uncooked glutinous rice...1kg(soak it in water one night),

red food coloring...............a little
sugar...................................5g
salt.......................................14g
water...a cup of rice bowl
Direction
1, Color the salked rice with food color
2, Drain the rice
3, Bring water to a boil in base of a steamer. Line the steamer with cheesecloth and spread
the rice on it. Poke a hole in the middle of the steamer for the steam escape.
4, Steam the rice over high heat for 15 minutes.
5, Blend sugar salt and water
6, Replace the rice to a different pan or, a bowl. Sprinkle the blended salt and sugar water over the rice. Mix them well.
7, Put them back to the steamer, and 20 mimutes to the rice cooked.
8, Cover the sweatened beans on the rice , and steam 2 minutes.
9, Mix the rice and beans with a spatula
10, Serve the rice and beans bowls and sprinkle Sesami Salt.
